This is a list of all of the 1/35 Sherman armor models that I can find information on, plus links to published reviews available on the web. Opinions expressed in the reviews are those of the reviewer, and not necessarily mine. Any entry that says "Build" are not reviews but actual step-by-step builds of a kit. This is a work in progress, so comments regarding improvements are welcome. Special thanks to Al Bowie and all the fine people at Armorama for their input and encouragement. The shape of the M3’s unique polygonal body & cast turret is perfectly made, as is the exquisitely detailed interior of the turret. Modelers have a choice of assembling the long barrel 75mm gun or the short barrel. Dragon (9010) M4A3(76)W HVSS Sherman WWII Comments: Similar to #9009 but with corrected mantlet and T66 tracks (more appropriate for WW II). Included sand skirts and field mod applique armour a`la the expedient "Jumbos" built late in the war. However, still had the lower hull problems of #9009. Both kits were originally released with the lower hull sprue for the Italeri M4A1. This meant a lot of anger and grief cutting and hacking off the VVSS suspension mounts.
